The desk is the ideal height, and the curved back of the chairs with ease cradles my again when sitting. The stylish shape seems beautiful without overwhelming the gap and is compact sufficient to match in a small apartment. The wooden is a rich brown-red and the metal legs appear to be black powder-coated. One grievance is that I wish the chair legs had a rubber or plastic foot to steer clear of scratching my wood ground when they're moved. The desk was very easy to collect, with helpful markings on the timber showing where the legs must attach. The chairs did no longer have these markings and would have been a lot easier to bring together if there had been at least a tiny, pre-drilled pinpoint gap exhibiting the place the screws attach.
